2010 Big O Music Fest Camping Info & Rules

For The Big O Music Fest 2010, we have decided to offer camping.  CLICK HERE to reserve your campsite!  The cost for each campsite is $50 for a tent or $75 for an RV or a vehicle pulling a 5th wheel. The first 2 people are included in the price.  Each additional person is $15.  Every person at the campsite will be required to have a camping pass.  Campsites are limited to 8 people.  You must be at least 18 years old and have a photo ID on you at all times - NO EXCEPTIONS.
 
There will be NO water or electric hook ups for campers.
 
We will be open for you to set up your tent on Friday, August 13th at 10:00 am until 6:00 pm and Saturday, August 14th from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm.  You can camp overnight starting Friday, August 13th and stay through Sunday, August 15th.  You must vacate the premises by 11:00 am on Sunday, August 15th.
 
We will have entertainment in the campground for your enjoyment.
 
Camping passes/wristbands will be picked up at a designated area at the venue.  Any additional passes needed can be purchased at our camping booth on arrival.  Only people with camping wristbands are allowed in the camping area.  You are responsible for your campsite passes.  No one associated with The Big O Music Fest is responsible for lost or stolen passes.
 
You may not carry any food or beverages into the concert area.
All persons camping at The Big O Music Fest do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by anyone associated with the event.

Absolutely no live music is allowed by campers in the campsite area.

Noise curfew is 1:00 a.m. strictly enforced.  Excessive noise is never allowed in the campgrounds.

NO open ground fires - No Bon Fires!!

Please leave your campsite in the same condition that you found it when you came.  Any campsite with garbage left behind, tents left behind, furniture, cans, bottles, etc, will be sent an invoice for a $50.00 fine, to the responsible party.   Please dispose of all your garbage and recycling properly. 

Please be courteous to your neighbors!! 

Regular lawn chairs are allowed.

Weapons, fireworks, and glass containers are not allowed on the grounds.

The festival is not responsible for your camping spot, for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to any person or property - PLEASE LOCK UP YOUR BELONGINGS.

Pets are strictly forbidden on the festival and camping grounds.

Vehicles are subject for search upon entry and while vehicles are on the festival grounds. Festival Staff will be searching for items such as fireworks, weapons, and illegal drugs.

No soliciting is allowed in the campgrounds unless permission has been granted by The Big O Music Fest.

The campgrounds will have tight security.  Any infraction of the rules will result in immediate removal from The Festival and camping grounds.
